("J-Conn Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") for roofing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Website or services.

Description of Services

J-Conn Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Greater Austin Area, including but not limited to:

• Roof repair (storm damage, leak repair, wind damage, flashing)
• Hail damage assessment and repair
• New roof installation and re-roofing
• Commercial roofing (flat roofs, TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen)
• Free roof inspections and estimates

All services are performed by our trained professionals using premium materials from our manufacturer partners. Specific service details, timelines, and scope of work are outlined in individual project agreements provided before work begins.

Estimates & Pricing

J-Conn Roofing provides free, no-obligation estimates for all roofing work. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and may be adjusted if additional damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work. Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to you for approval before additional work proceeds.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Pricing may vary based on material availability, scope changes, and current market conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. General payment policies include:

• We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash
• Financing is available through our lending partners for qualifying customers
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work
• For insurance claim work, payment terms are coordinated with your insurance provider's disbursement schedule

Late payments may be subject to applicable interest charges as permitted by Texas law. If payment disputes arise, we will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date at no charge. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered and/or custom-cut may be subject to a restocking fee as outlined in your project agreement.

J-Conn Roofing reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly and work to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time.

Warranty Information

J-Conn Roofing stands behind our work. Warranty coverage includes:

• Workmanship warranty: We provide a workmanship warranty on all labor performed. The specific duration and terms are detailed in your project agreement.
• Manufacturer warranties: Roofing materials are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty (Tamko, Owens Corning, GAF, IKO, Atlas, or Polyglass). Warranty registration and terms vary by manufacturer and product.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by acts of nature (storms, hail, fallen trees), unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties, failure to maintain the roof in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, or normal wear and tear. Specific warranty exclusions are detailed in your project agreement and manufacturer documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, J-Conn Roofing's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

J-Conn Roofing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J-Conn Roofing, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Website, or any inaccurate information you provide to us during the course of service.
